Service Description

Sometimes when we’ve lived through trauma or prolonged stress, it can feel like different parts of us are pulling in opposite directions—one part wants to move forward, another feels stuck or shut down, while yet another may carry shame, fear, or anger. This is a completely natural response to overwhelming experiences. In therapy, we gently begin to notice and get to know these parts of you—not to fix or get rid of them, but to understand why they formed and how they’ve been trying to protect you. As we build safety and compassion in the process, these parts can begin to soften, integrate, and relate differently to one another. This work can lead to more inner harmony, self-understanding, and the ability to respond to life with greater choice and calm. Parts work blends naturally with body-based therapies, helping you process trauma not just through the mind, but through the body and nervous system as well—at a pace that feels safe and supported.
