Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
Healing trauma and attachment wounds through body-based therapy
Service Description
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is a body-based, trauma-informed therapy that supports healing from trauma and early attachment wounds by gently exploring how your body stores past experiences. Even when traumatic memories are unclear or difficult to express, the body often holds these experiences through tension, posture, or automatic nervous system responses. This somatic therapy approach also addresses the impact of unmet relational and attachment needs—such as feeling unsafe, unseen, or unsupported—and how these early patterns can continue to affect your relationships and self-awareness. In a safe, compassionate, and attuned therapeutic space, we work together to increase body awareness, emotional regulation, and connection, helping your nervous system and body move toward healing, balance, and renewed resilience.
